Goodbye gifts for nursery teacher?

Hit me with some ideas please.

What are you giving?

So far I came with handprint planters with strawberry plant.

I really want something what can my kids contribute to as well, as our nursery is on this vibe.

Our nursery is having amazing stuff, so I would like to give each person something, or should I go for bigger joint gift?😕

Thank you for your ideas.

Nothing that says 'teacher' on it. As kind as the sentiment what are they really going to do with a teacher teddy?

A plant for the garden is a nice idea.

I always got books for the classroom, and they were much appreciated

My son is moving to 'big' nursery (eg 3-5yo's) in August. I'm planning to make up a hamper of bath bombs, face masks, chocolates, cans of pre mixed alcoholic drinks / cocktails, scented candles. Then they can share it out amongst them. There are 6 staff in on a Friday when ds is in so I'll put in 6 of everything.

I kept a little note on my phone of all the quirky things dd said about her nursery teacher over a few months, then made them into a piece of word art (basically typed them out and formatted them into a heart shape). Printed and put in an ikea frame. It was really low cost and straightforward but the teacher seemed to really like it.

It was just silly things like "Miss Dixon is so kind because she does the water area with me" and "Miss Dixon isn't scared of anything even fireworks" and "Miss Dixon says I'm silly like a sausage".

For Christmas I got the staff at our nursery a box with nice biscuits, cappuccino sachets, a selection of teas and some decent chocolates to keep in the office. Seemed to go down well!
