How up to date on life admin are you?

Just general stuff, replying to emails/texts that require info or a detailed answer, sorting post and actioning it, filing, school bits and pieces, small diy jobs around the home, being organised for upcoming events etc.

I’ve had a whole week off work and used it to catch up on everything, it felt amazing. Already I feel behind again though. I also only work 4 days so really should use the 5th to keep on top of things but I don’t. Huge procrastinator!! I just wondered how usual it was to constantly feel like you’re playing catch up?

i have about a year's filing, cupboard is stuffed full.
i need a shredder

Kids back in school tomorrow so as well as the usual prep re packed lunches and uniform, pe kit, swimming kit, instruments etc I need to find and fill in a letter about a forthcoming school trip and request for absence during school time. Also need to top up Parent Pay for various expenses.

Next lot of tasks will be to book in that car service, sort out two sets of father's Day and birthday presents and book seats on the plane, print off tickets, book taxi to the airport. Sigh!
