I need some suggestions...

At 11.00 have a telephone interview with a 2nd member of a company who is going to be comparing what I said to the first member.

There is nothing remotely dodgy from my end, (it's a 3rd party assessor brought in by work re my grievance which is heading towards a disability discrimination claim). I've already had an hour long interview with these people and they will be comparing my responses this time to that. I am nervous thought i dont know why :(

I want to simply keep repeating: 'please refer to the 30 page transcript you have already produced' rather than go through it all again but I dont want to appear un -cooperative?
All I can think of is: 'can we please refer to the original report' as a broken record?

If there's nothing dodgy your end why not answer the questions? I know it's tedious but you have a grievance and the company is investigating it.

I guess you could say that the repition feels oppressive, so if you could kindly refer to the previous transcript I'd be grateful.

Hope it goes OK.

thank you.
It is not that I won't answer but I am nervous about it.
Last time it was over an hour of intense questions.
Afterwards, the 'independent 3rd party decided that, as a disabled person, it didn't matter that work had not actioned the things in their own Occ H report, as I was not capable of carrying out the role anyway.
As they didn't make the adjustments there is no proof of that, they are not medically qualified and have not spoken to anyone involved in my medical care. Much of what I said has been ignored. So I appealed it and am being sent back to a different person in the same

OK. This time be more succinct in your answers, don't give them any leeway when they 'write it down'.

Say, every few minutes, "as per the original, non-actioned Occy Heath reccomendations"

Ask them every now and then if they have accessed your medical records yet.

And record it yourself if you can. Tell them that you will be doing so as you were unhappy with much of your statement being ignored last time.

Best of luck.
