I recently did one of those thriva online health checks. It checks your cholesterol, vitamin d, liver function etc. All my results have come back normal/optimal apart from my ferritin levels which have come back as 330 (normal is apparently under 200). I did the same test about 16 months ago and my ferritin result was the same. I have booked a doctor's appointment but the earliest I can get is mid June and the receptionist said they won't discuss online test results, which seems a bit strange but I don't mind if they redo the test, I just want to know what the cause is and if it is likely to be anything serious. Has anyone else had any experience with high Ferritin levels and what was the outcome of you don't mind sharing? Google is pretty daunting but I am trying not to worry too much...
Thanks
