Anyone eaten anymore crap than me today?

Breakfast - 4 slices of toast & butter, 2 chocolate biscuits
Snacks - 2 packs of crisps, cheese & crackers, more chocolate biscuits and non chocolate biscuits.
Dinner- didn't really happen, had a bowl of rice crispies and a big bag of chocolate buttons

Feel ashamed now and a teeny bit sick....

Egg on toast. McDonald’s kids grilled chicken wrap meal. Apple. Kit Kat Senses. Jalfrezi & rice ready meal with a mini garlic naan. Orange Cadbury pots of joy.

Only the Apple was vaguely healthy.

I’m doing an old, old weight watchers plan, and surprisingly it’s all on plan! A little of what you fancy and all that. Plus I have a 4 mile race tomorrow and I always do better when I eat crap the night before 🤷🏻‍♀️

Meals weren't great but not terrible

B - bread butter and cheese
L - jacket potato, cheese and coleslaw
D - steak, chips and salad

However throughout the day I snacked on

Hula hoops
Bag of toffees
Tortilla wrap with nutella
Nachos

Coffee from Greggs
Two rolls and a cheese straw from a bakery
Pick and mix in Ikea
Burger in the evening, with half a portion of nachos and wine

Yesterday

Breakfast: 2 bowls Coco pops, slice of toast with peanut butter and honey

Snack: jam doughnut.

Lunch: Jumbo sausage roll, beans and pile of chips (I'm talking chip shop chips here!) Followed by cake and custard.

Snack: mars bar

Dinner: big Mac, chips, chocolate shake, plus 2 chicken selects and a chocolate muffin.

I have no idea what happened...it was out of the ordinary for sure!

1.5 flapjacks
3 cappuccinos.

I feel fat.

Stressed out comfort eating today.

No breakfast.
McDonalds for lunch.
Fried egg sandwich, a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar for dinner.

4 x sweet and sour chicken balls leftover from the takeaway last night
Small handful mini eggs
About 10 dollymix
A brownie mars bar
3 x chips and half a steak
Slice of chocolate cake
3 x bags space raiders

I don't normally eat this bad. Honest Blush

Unusually not me today! I’ve been back on the low carbing wagon precisely because my diet would easily be that without me feeling ill at all.
Although it clearly makes me sluggish as I’ve been full of energy the last couple of weeks as I always am when I ditch too much crap.
As a disclaimer, I’m aware that carbs are part of a healthy balanced diet but I’m not disciplined enough so I tend to do a month on and a month off to keep myself in check.

I ate a big bar of Aldi chocolate on my night shift and today I have eaten a lot of fudge! Very big pieces they were. I haven't had anything savoury and I hate to think of the calories I've consumed on nothing but crap.

Oh I also had two gins and about to have my third.

Reminds me of the time I took DD to Cadbury World about 22 years ago. We were on a coach trip with all pensioners. We got on the bus to come home and DD announced to everyone.... 'I've not eaten a single bit of protein all day' Grin

Snacks cinnamon bun, chocolate, a slice of Victoria sponge cake, a small bread and butter pudding.

Not loads but crap.

Breakfast was toast with lotus spread and a cookie and coffee

Lunch was a huge doorstop sandwich with chorizo chicken and cheese

And lots of gin Grin

Binge eat today. Was feeling down about work.
Breakfast- coffee with milk
Lunch - a pizza express pizza
Dinner - Chinese chilli squid. Large portion of chow mien, large portion of Singapore noodles, large portion special fried rice
I was good all week and now ruined it 😭

OMG I’ve had the worst day food wise, I’ve the most painful period (TMI, Sorry) and I’m like the Cookie Monster!

B= American style pancakes with too much maple syrup, lots of black coffee
L= beans on thick white bread with a ridiculous amount of cheese. Kinder egg x2;
Snack, 3 chocolate digestives
D= home made chips, nuggets, mushy peas, 1x bottle of cava

No breakfast but had a pate sandwich for lunch. Dinner I had teriyaki pork chops and veg, and have sat and scoffed a magnum and a shit tonne of chocolate and sweets washed down with cider. Whilst playing Trivial Pursuit with dds Blush

I'm right there with you! What's weird about mine is I had 3 square meals yet I'm still going crazy on the snacks.

Breakfast- microwaved a frozen breakfast burrito and then had 2 squares of dark chocolate
Snack- hazelnut iced latte
Lunch- palak paneer (so admittedly okay)
Snack- chocolate ice cream and a cherry slushie
Dinner- seared prawns and salad (okay) plus a big serving of tater tots (less okay!)
Snacks- half a pack of chocolate covered almonds, 2 squares of dark chocolate, a white chocolate Lindor ball, some gummy bears, dried pineapple

I'm actually hungry again now... In my defence, I do have jetlag.

Today hasn't been much better.

Two bits of bread with pate
2 big bags of twiglets
Left over fudge
Two tea cakes
1 Gin

The fudge was amazing though. Big slabs. I had violet gin, malteser, candy floss, clotted cream, cinnamon, coconut ice, and creme egg flavours.

I don't know what is wrong with me. I am not even due on.
