Caring for c-section wound

Recently had a second section. It's been a few weeks and seems to have healed well. However it's getting awfully moist/ sweaty with the overhang.. and there's a whiff. I'm showering regularly and trying to let it air dry but unless I shower every hour and just stay lying in bed to air it, I can't keep on top of it!

I'm sure it's not infected but may get a swan taken just in case.

Looking for some tips please. Can I use a baby wipe for example to freshen up? Or talcum powder to keep it dry?

I found pressing toilet tissue against it every time I went for a wee helped. Plus gently washing and patting dry after a shower and a quick wipe with a baby wipe and pat dry in the evening.
Someone suggested a sanitary towers or panty liner but I found that made it worse as the backing of them is plastic and made the wound more sticky.
I also used cotton wool at the start. It’s a bit of a faff and I don’t officially recommend it as the fluff got in the sticky bits but it worked well for me.

I used the very cheap Tesco sanitary towels something like 12p a pack stuck on with micropore tape. They are basically just cotton wool.

I found drying the wound with a hairdryer on the lowest heat setting helped.
I also patted dry with tissue and used Johnson's Baby Powder.
Australian Body Care make a cream called Active Derm that's really effective. I use it on my old CS scars and under my boobs if I get sweat rash. I get it from QVC but it may be available elsewhere. The advantage of QVC is that you can try it for 30 days and if you're not satisfied send it back and get a refund.
