Pensioner Joy Worrall killed herself after STATE pension was frozen.

She was on pension credit and received an inheritance back in 2014 which she reported.

Then in 2017 they stopped her state pension and pension credit when it should only have been the latter which should have been adjusted.

No civil servant would have done this intentionally. It is a consequence of ridiculously low staffing levels resulting in he / she who shouts loudest getting dealt with to the detriment of more routine work and procedures.
