Has anyone else noticed New Ryvita tastes bloody dreadful

Just wondering if I'm the only one who dislikes the new Ryvita.
I've been eating it for a few years (makes a nice change to bread) and particularly liked the sesame variety.
Its now packaged in packs of four individually sealed in plastic in a box - so not good from an environmentally friendly point of view.
The new Ryvita is thinner, harder and drier (if that's possible) and has an over powering aftertaste. I've found it unpleasant and struggled to swallow it.

I like the nigella seed variety, but really don't like the little packs of four...it's a bit if a pita when I only want to eat two or three because if I open a packet of four I HAVE to eat them (and I'm counting calories, no willpower!)

I'm boycotting them. We need less plastic in the world Ryvita or haven't you noticed???

My favourite is the plain dark rye in the paper wrapper. I'm very partial to Ryvita unfortunately with butter then peanut butter then marmite.

Not sure what you mean by new Ryvita? The flavoured packs of 4 have been around for a long time, no? I think they're nice and the individual packets mean it's easier to take to work, though I agree it usually means I feel obliged to eat all 4. Having said that, any weight issues are not down to me eating 4 Ryvita! I like the black pepper and sweet onion ones, but only get them if they're on special offer otherwise it's the 99p dark rye classics. Too many give me bowel issues thoughBlush!

The sesame ryvita recipe has definitely changed (I don't eat any of the other varieties) and the crispbread definitely isn't the same as it was. This was noticeable when I started using the new packaged ryvita - only just appearing on the shelves here in Midlands in last month.

Yes, I agree. I've stopped buying it now.

Yes, I had a pack of Black Pepper ones which had been in the cupboard for a couple of years. I figured they'd be ok to eat but they were so dry and crumbly that they were inedible. I wonder now if the recipe had been changed.

I meant to say of the packed individually sort.
