Passports.

I usually have trouble with mosquitoes in Greece..so repellent. Also another tip(probably from here )is to take a 4 gang extension then you only need one adapter for all devices as sockets are sometimes scarce.
Teabags!
Plasters
Rennie and paracetamol

Washing line and pegs to dry your swimwear.

Also predownload something to watch during flight mode. Snacks for the plane. Also Poundland sell a headphone splitter so kids can plug two headphones into one device and watch the same, used ours loads. I’m away next week too so following for extra tips

legolimb · 07/05/2019 19:41

Oh plasters too for rubbing sandals.

Although I take a roll of micropore. (it stays on for days)

YahBasic · 07/05/2019 19:42

An extension socket so you only need one plug adaptor.

Stops you all fighting over the same plug.

VanellopeVonSchweetz99 · 07/05/2019 19:42

tweezers
nail clippers
painkillers
compeed

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 07/05/2019 19:52

Dental floss. It can also be used as a washing line

Trying81 · 07/05/2019 19:58

Where in Greece?

Insect repellent, boots own brand is very good

Baby power to get sand off wet legs easier

Calpol - easier to take with than find over there, especially if kids are fussy on medicine

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 07/05/2019 20:02

Phone charger. And make sure you don't leave it plugged into the wall when you come back I've never done this

Ronsters · 07/05/2019 21:00

Insect repellant, a lot of Greek resorts have mosquitoes, I always get bit. Malibu was the best repellant I used, it also has natural repellant. I usually also take a plug in mozzie killer and bite cream, though Greek supermarkets usually carry a good range and the pharmacists are very good.
If you like tea, take teabags. I am a total Grecophile but have to concede the tea is not great (coffees not up to much either).

Proseccoagain · 07/05/2019 22:17

An extension lead, just been away, only one socket in room, meant I could charge both phone and kindle.

S0CKS · 07/05/2019 22:38

All medication you may need even if its something you take in a blue moon it usually weighs nothing.

SynchroSwimmer · 07/05/2019 22:43

Crocs (or a cheaper high street version)
Lightweight in your case and you can use everywhere:
shower, poolside, room, over rocks, walking, in the sea, shopping, everything

tastylancs · 07/05/2019 22:46

Beach bag
Puzzler

Hecateh · 07/05/2019 23:03

some form of wet wipes - put them in hand luggage (liquid bag) and use them on the airport trays and when you get to the hotel.

Airplane trays have been found to have very high bacteria because of how they are used.

A quick clean round the apartment is good as the cleaners tend to use one mop for kitchen bathroom and bedroom and repeat between rooms without the disinfectant that we are used to.

S0CKS · 07/05/2019 23:09
