Ok, so a quick read of that says that most are caused by adults being on the trampoline with children or multiple children using them together - so easily avoided if you take sensible precautions.

We've not had an accident in 10 years

My two are passed this age now, but two trampolines later, money well spent, they really enjoyed themselves and no accidents.

My cat used to love the trampoline too!

We have one, DS loves it. I work in NHS and yes lots of children (mainly in the holidays) arrive from trampoline accidents however they also come in from other accidents such as scoters.
Like another poster said this is usually because the equipment is not being used correctly. Different ages and stages of children go on together, to many at a time, children left unsupervised and other items taken on the trampoline such as balls and toys.

We don't have one. Family friend is a surgeon and when things occasionally go wrong they can go very badly wrong. I think trampolining lessons would be sensible.

Our surgeon friends children have a climbing frame and tree house as these usually causes a clean break whereas trampoline injuries can be very complex.

Have a look at springfree trampolines. We have one for DD ages 4 and although more expensive, are much safer as no springs!

My neighbours have just put up a new one. It’s a commuter estate with houses rammed close on every side. Wish they’d let me have a go
