Anyone up? Not sure whether to call midwife yet!

Been having contractions since yesterday morning and they're now lasting over a minute, every 4-6 minutes or so. Second time mum but I was induced with my first so spontaneous labour is new to me!

App is telling me I'm in established labour but I'm not really in pain with the contractions - just very intense tightenings which I can breathe through without issue. Planning a home birth so assuming a midwife is available, it's just a matter of calling them, but I don't want to do it too early!

The fact I'm posting on here suggests it's too early, right? Or am I going to end up with the paramedics if I don't do it soon?!

Wonderful! How are you feeling? Sometimes if you don't get the birth you expected, it can be a shock - it certainly was in my case. Glad the paramedics got to you in time. Hope you're being well looked after.

@AfterTrentham it was a drug free, pretty much undisturbed home birth so not far off what I wanted anyway! Just delivered by slightly different professionals than expected so all good. And we have totally avoided hospital (touch wood) which was my number one aim after a slightly miserable induction with DS Smile
