I haven't been for years but The Boat Inn at Stoke Bruerne used to have an excellent reputation and you could canoe home from there!

The French Horn in Sonning

Also while not exactly waterside, Searcy's at The Gherkin has amazing views over the river Thames.

It's a legend, but not by the sea.

Waterside Inn, if money is no issue.

There are a couple of nice ones in Cambridge - Galleria, River bar, Midsummer House all on the river.

Mockers I can compromise on view for that food
