I am trying to make a list of classic movies to share with my ds (9, mature and not easily scared or upset). So far I have .......

Back to the Future (1,2,3)
Indiana Jones (1,2,3 and we won’t mention 4)
The Goonies
Independence Day
Jaws (maybe?)
Batteries Not Included
Flight of the Navigator

I’m now stuck!

What classics have you/would you introduce yours to? And what has the success rate been? Do the old films cut it compared to today’s cinema blockbusters?!

We tried to watch the agonies the other day and had to give up as the sound quality was awful, it was slow moving and the kids hated it. I was so sad as I had such fond memories.

The love Oliver! the musical and Stand By Me.
