I have zero core strength

How do I improve it?
Would yoga help?
If so, where do I start? I’m totally inflexible and have never tried yoga before. (Unless pratting about on a wii fit counts Grin )

I need something I can do at home. By my self. In a darkened room. Where no one can ever see. 🙈

Adult swim classes are a modern trend. Lots of people take them, right from very beginner.

Be mindful that Plank like Most of the abdominal exercises require pain-free shoulders (which I lack).

I have very little core strength due to long term illness.
I used to do a lot of yoga/Pilates which really did help with core strength a lot and continued it for years after becoming ill.

One bad flare up made me lose all conditioning, i was struggling to move into a sitting position in bed it had gotten that bad. After much research and based on the premise the treatment was developed for paraplegic patients, I bought a slendertone.

I use it once a day and I seem to have reconditioned my muscles to be able to start the Pilates and yoga again, whereas before I just couldn't do them. Much like you not Having the strength to swim.

I didn't expect it to work. I was not using it for weight loss, or amazing abs lol lol just the ability to be able to engage my core again for any length of time.

For me it has worked
