Doing afternoon tea, got most of the menu planned but need to make some things that are free from milk, gluten and also vegetarian. Do you think these would be good? Any suggestions would be helpful too.

*Egg and free from mayo
*Guacamole and sundried tomatoes
*Sheese (vegan cheese spread I think) or vegan cheese
*Salad with mayo

On free from white bread

All cakes will be bought as I'm not confident enough to make the free from cakes and make sure its exactly right but hoping I can do the sandwiches.

Hummus and free from pitta is a good option

Sheese is lovely for vegan cheese, daiya also do a lovely "Parmesan" although I'm not fussed about the rest of the range.
Mushroom and spinach wraps or tarts, jus roll are vegan and do a gf.
Falafel bites with beetroot salad
Beetroot brownies are passed by my 9 year old veggie phobic dd and I make mine with Tesco Freee flour (normal or buckwheat)
