Just noticed these red warts on my 7yo GSD lower lip :( Booked him into vet for tomorrow but I’m so worried.
He isn’t off his food and seems his usual lovely self.

Looks like a totally normal inside lip to me. My dog's looks just like that. I wouldn't bother with a vet appointment and would observe. If they don't change, then they're normal. If you observe changes then vet.

Ticks wouldn’t go there and it would be weird to have 3 of the exact size in a row.

I vote for papilloma or just the normal looks like an alien dog gums. Mine had a random piece of lower lip, you know the bumpy bit on it, sticking out under his mouth. I tied it off with thread, it freaked me out a little!

My biggest dog has kindly consented to my showing you the inside of his gob. He has those bumps so it’s not ticks your dog has but the same mouth bumps/glands/whatever they are.

Perhaps they turn redder with age?

My dog has developed a range of age-related lumps and bumps, all of which are essentially harmless. One we had removed because it was a skin tag in a vulnerable spot, it looked exactly like a tick, so glad we didn't try to remove it, and could have bled profusely if knocked, another is on an eyelid and will need to go if it grows as will obscure her eye. Others have just been left. So would just take your dog to have it checked, ours offers free nurse checks for this kind of thing, not sure if that's standard or not.

That looks like a normal canine lower lip - they are serrated, it's not absolutely certain but it likely is for some evolutionary reason related to diet. They're definitely not ticks and I can't see evidence of oral papilloma on that photo. The colour etc. looks normal. Get him checked out if you're worried but it looks fine to me.
