I’m having an operation tomorrow and I’ve kept myself busy getting the housework done, laundry washed, family sorted and now the panic has set in! I’m trying to appear calm in front of the DCs but inside I’m slowly starting to feel overwhelmed with fear. Hi LifeBegins, the procedure went well thank you. Recovery slow but steady as I’m quite restricted in terms of what I can/cannot do to allow healing. Six week recovery, no driving, no lifting anything above 2kg.
But I think it has helped the pain which is obviously brilliant although it’s early days.

Oh wow that's amazing news! I've been suffering for such a long time too that I really just want it over but I'm so worried about surgery. I think I need to focus on the positives.
