They do look like newts. Very cute baby newts

HelmutFrontbut · 09/04/2019 15:06

Look like regular lizard babies to me Smile

Dcat1 likes to proudly present them to me; dcat2 (RIP) used to devour them then projectile vomit, not pleasant when it was a pregnant female and I had to clean up cat puke filled with lizard eggs 🦎🤮🤮🤮

They are young palmate newts (in smooth newts of this age the pale line down the back stops short of the tail).

NearlyVegan · 10/04/2019 01:36

I agree with the palmate newt now Iv done some googling they were under a huge lump of tree that we moved to show the kids all the bugs underneath. Couldn't believe we disturbed them feel terrible tbh Sad

They do look like dirty hands, I would recommend soup and water

Rottencooking · 10/04/2019 05:11
