How often do you take your kids out for fun?

Eg, the park, visiting different places, days out, holidays etc

2 of mine don't enjoy going out so it absolutely not fun.

We spend a lot of time at home during the holidays. DH and I will take one or a combination of DC out but we very rarely all go out together.

My fun or their fun?

For the kids fun.

We always go to soft play once a week. We also have an annual pass for a local farm, so go there quite regularly. Dc is 5 years old.

To the park ? with little ones ? everyday, sometimes twice a day. Swimming weekly or more often in the holidays. Soft play, days out etc. ? At least once a week in the holidays, rarely at a weekend unless we had guests.

My boy doesn't want to walk anywhere, or catch a bus.
So, we just stay in, generally, since we have no other options.

I don't see the park as taking them out for fun. It's something you need to do at least once per day (if nothing else is planned) just to keep them healthy. Not everyone has a nice big field of their own to allow the kids to get exercise.

To the park? Usually twice a week. We live on a farm so we'll walk down to our stream for a bit paddle most days. Proper days out like NT/EH? Fortnightly.
The beach will be weekly or fortnightly come May/June.

It's currently lambing time here so not going too far over the easter holidays but the kids are having the best time "working"
