If you get tired at home with the kids?

Wondering if anyone else gets exhausted being at home with the kids. I thought something was wrong with me so I had a blood test everything is normal I take my vitamins.
Last night I fell asleep on the sofa at 8 went up to bed at 12 slept through until 6.

I've just fell asleep on the sofa again while dd and ds are awake!

I never was tired when I worked or when I had ds but since stopping working and being at home with two kids I could just snooze all day.

Yes I keep wondering if I should feel this tired as I regularly crash on the sofa before 9pm. I am in my 40s and I do work (some weeks I do 3 days, some 5) and I have 1 DD. I am the main carer as DH works full-time. I am constantly tired. Part of me thinks it's because I'm getting older but part of me thinks maybe something is wrong as I still feel fairly young in myself. I was wondering if I should go to GP but don't want to waste their time if they just say "you're getting old - that's what happens".

I can also be tired caring for DD (9) as she constantly wants my attention. I don't know how anyone has more than 1 child!

Have you got a carbon monoxide detector? It would be a good idea to check that pretty quickly.

Could you be pregnant?

FWIW I find being at home more tiring than being at work...but I have a 3 year old, I imagine older DC require a bit less direct supervision
