What's your dream job?

I don't like my job, but the benefits of staying far outweigh the benefits of leaving for somewhere similar. Changing career entirely appeals greatly, but is too much of a risk financially (single mum with an over ambitious mortgage.)

So... just for fun, I'm asking you all to just spill out a whole load of other jobs so I can live vicariously through the idea of ditching my current job and doing something completely different.

Dream jobs, actual jobs, things you just think might be interesting. I wanna hear them all!

Actual job chartered accountant in industry.

Dream job - novelist working in splendid isolation from my lovely old fisherman's cottage overlooking the sea in Dorset.

With a sideline in selling stunning photography of local scenery.

I am a nurse. That has been my dream job since I was about 3. After over 10 years of doing my 'dream job' I still love aspects of it, but it is breaking me.
Now I want to be a librarian for the peace and quiet and being surrounded by books.

I had to give up nursing even though I loved aspects of it. I loved the patients and the pride it brought but the politics, hours, staff bullying just ground me down. Being Junior with no support was horrendous.

Novelist - but I don't take 'feedback' all that well if it moves my story off where I want it to go.

Cake maker and decorator with my own shop (with an awesome kitchen) that actually does well in this overcrowded market.

I would love to own an old-fashioned cafe. Starting with all day breakfasts and morning coffee with posh cakes then lunch followed by afternoon tea with more posh cakes and sandwiches. Everything would be home made and locally sourced and my customer base would be very broad... builders would be as welcome as little old ladies having tea with their friends.

Failing that a food van selling 'different' foods. Not burgers unless very special, not chips. Maybe delicious tagines and chilli with lots of fresh salad. 'Special' baguettes with delicious and copious fillings.. I came so close to realising this dream but was taken very ill before I could get it set up :(
