What can I send to cheer my lovely niece up?

My niece is going through an pregnancy. She has hyperemesis and it’s completely debilitating for her. It’s been every day since she conceived and just can’t do anything at all. She’s trying to stay positive but must be getting really fed up now bless her. I’d like to send her something to cheer her up. She’s such a lovely person who would be the first to make a gesture to others in a similar situation. I can only think of flowers but wondered if there’s anything else people can think of that I could send (i’m not local to her so needs to be something I can send). I’ve never been pregnant myself so can’t put myself completely in her shoes to think what would be appropriate. Any ideas/websites you can recommend? Thank you! Smile

Seconding Biscuiteers.

Presumably biscuiteers are biscuits? If so, I wouldnt send someone with hyperemesis biscuits. Sometimes even a dry cracker is too much to face.

No food, flowers or toiletries. All made me sick as a dog, even the washing powder in the cupboard made me heave.

I'd have loved a big soft blanket and some nice pyjamas. A cleaner would have been incredible though.

A pretty dressing gown like this -

www.johnlewis.com/john-lewis-partners-ella-animal-print-satin-dressing-gown-pink/p3941094

she can wear it in bed now and then also after the baby is born. I had no idea before kids how much time I was going to spend for the next few years in a half-dressed state up at all hours dealing with stuff

And also - a subscription to Audible? she can listen to baby books or to fiction

Patch plants deliver nice and hardwearing plants to your home (including pots) and have a really easy website - pretty for her to look at but no smell to bother her www.patchplants.com/gb/en/indoor/plants/

Very different situation but I send my niece makeup! She’s at uni and has very little money to treat herself to stuff (because she seems to be spending her money on eleventy billion holidays a year Grin ) so I tend to order makeup for her and get it delivered down there. It’s always a little pick me up and she says it cheers her up. I send my nephew (also at uni) whisky to even it out and so I don’t appear to have favourites!! Buying the makeup is more fun though Wink

Something tv orientated - Netflix/amazon prime subscription?

The only thing that got me through my HG pregnancies was tv. I couldn't move off the sofa for months.
