Had a hard day and feeling nostalgic for a loved one who used to say this in a lighthearted way so thought I'd start a thread for us to share if anyone want to

Mine are- I secretly want a day or two's mini drama so I can bunker down at home and smugly drink my extra supply of biscuits teabags and long life milk.... don't get me wrong I don't want anyone to starve!! A power cut or snow would do it or maybe even brexit, waves to any preppers Grin

My second one is I have a favourite sibling. It changes though! Plus I don't have a favourite child so at least that's something....

redhats yours made me laugh. We all love a sly skive don't we? Unless you are my colleague who takes it too far! She is a professional skiver. She is also amazing at blagging though so gets away with it. I am always equally outraged and impressed Grin

I work from home. I haven't done a blessed thing all morning! I only get paid for what I do, so my invoice will be short this month unless I get some motivation ASAP!

I used to volunteer at work to get something from files. I said it was because I knew how busy whoever wanted it was and everyone hated doing it. I loved doing it as sometimes the files were in disarray so I could legitimately spend a while sorting the files out into the correct order. It was like having a little break from work and everyone loved me as I was doing something they hated.

@Badwifey that’s reassuring to hear. She is adorable but I can’t see it myself at the moment, I have to nod along and agree with whoever is complimenting her. She’s 2.4 so really testing the boundaries and not sleeping at all
