Misleading advertising - Roadbooks

What can you do against this, and to get your money back?

I recently bought a book from them on line. I waited for a week but it never arrived. I checked the email order and noticed a rather hidden 'download here' button. At first I thought it had been my mistake and that I had stupidly selected the kindle version, so I contacted them explaining this and asking for a refund but they went quiet, which made me suspicious.

Since then I found loads of reviews saying this is a scam. I have now read small print of the terms and conditions, and at the very end they do say "'Roadbooks' selling only digital content which is delivered to clients email"

However, this is not mentioned anywhere in the main website. Books are shown as proper printed copies, and to be 'in stock', and they even ask you for your address to calculate shipping costs (which are always free!), so definitely misleading.

It is not a lot of money of course but it got me really angry.
I will contact my bank as I am also concerned about having given them my credit card details.

Anything else I can do?
(I don't do twitter or facebook)

Your bank may be able to get your money back, as it wasn't clear on the site, as a chargeback. However, as it was mentioned in the T&Cs, it may not be successful.
