What is everyone up to today?

We are finishing breakfast here. DD1 is off to a 4yo birthday party with DH poor bastard while I take baby twins to supermarket to pick up some bits for my mum who is flying back from the States today after a 3 week holiday.

Then we have a playdate at the playground for all 3 dc and I will be cooking a chicken stew for everyone for dinner.... and giving the massive laundry pile the side-eye!!

I was supposed to take my two boys to my in laws but had a terrible night with my ill one year old so cancelled for a day at home. He woke repeatedly so I just did not have the energy to want to visit people. We did some food shopping earlier and dh finished work early at 12 instead of 3. He has taken eldest ds to the library and the park so I could do an hour cleaning why ds2 naps. Now sat watching a Danielle steel film. Later on it’s lasagne for dinner and we have the new fantastic beasts film to watch with popcorn and some sweets.

I also have to decorate an Easter bonnet at one point with ds1, he has to give it in to school on Friday.

My 4yo has a sickness bug and has been puking every hour since we got up at 6am (was also sick several times between in the night as well). She can't keep water down and only wants me.

I've managed to undertake my sickness ritual which involves a lot of bleach (I'm an emetophobe) but not much been done today. DP is dealing with the 6yo and 1yo.

Interesting how many people are marching!

I have just come back from taking DTwins for a napwalk. Got to top of tallest hill in town, c13% gradient, thought aahhhh that will have done it.....then BoyTwin giggled 🙄 so had to do the circuit again including giant hill ffs.

Sat down with coffee now whilst they snooze in their buggy in the front garden!

Took DC to a local attraction that we got a years pass to for Christmas. Lovely! Now watching a film and DH is about to cook fajitas. I fell down some stairs so I’m going to get in the bath and take paracetamol!

Decluttering and being totally ruthless with things.
thrown things away that I thought I threw away last time I had a clear out.
Rearranged a bedroom changed sheets polished vacuumed cleaned the en suite
Spent a good bit of time filling the car and went to the top

Working full time so I only really get one full day at home to do all this stuff
Starred at 10am after a nice coffee though

A very slow day at work!!
That's fine but we know it's going to kick off tonight so I'm not doing much now!!
