Gluten free lunch ideas?

One of the DC has been diagnosed recently with coeliacs disease. We're struggling to come up with lunches, and in particular lunches on a budget.
We've got some GF wraps but they're pretty expensive.
The GF rolls are pretty minging, apparently.
No access to a microwave or kettle at college so has to be cold food.

I made some brilliant gf pancakes using dove gf plain flour the other week. Tiny bit of a difference but barely noticeable. No good for lunches obv! But it was one of the things I really missed so I was very pleased. Used a normal recipe (from the Bero book) and just replaced the flour.

DS is gluten free, but unfortunately also egg, dairy and soya free, so lunches are a real struggle. At the moment he's a big fan of corn thins, with houmous or peanut butter. Morrisons do a gf loaf that's also egg free (most aren't) so he has that occasionally. Otherwise it's dinner left overs, or crudités and dips, or whatever I can cobble together. Today he had gf bread and peanut butter, cucumber sticks and houmous, vegan cheese, and a Morrisons "free from" Oreo style biscuit. And a banana.
