Any nausea tips

(I don’t have a stomach bug so I know I won’t actually throw up)

barely eaten anything today. Unfortunately don’t have any ginger tea at home (I think that’s supposed to be good?)

Spent most of the day being lazy and sitting/lying down 😅 got plenty of work to do for tomorrow but find it hard to concentrate with this nausea

Google the acupressure points on your wrists. The wristbands work so you might have some success with massage.

Ginger biscuits or plain crackers and toast

Slice of raw ginger - don’t actually chew it too much just move it around your mouth and suck on it.

Second the Acupressure points suggestion. I use three fingers to measure down from my wrist crease and then press thumb fairly firmly where the bottom of the three finger measurement is.

Fresh air!

When I had terrible morning sickness I used to swear by sipping lucozade. (I had the lemon one, couldn't stomach the original flavour).

Peppermint tea!

Fizzy water does wonders for me

Suck on Ice lollies or ice cubes, it’ll help to rehydrate you without being too hard on your stomach if you’re nauseous.

Depending on the cause of the nausea, certain antihistamines can be useful
Or antacids Flowers

A can of full sugar coke (slightly flat/not too fizzy, and room temperature)
