As the title suggests...we going to a party in a few weeks, my cousin's DS who will be 21. We don't see him that much so not sure what sort of thing he is into. He is working, drives, into football, that's all we know, and I've no idea what to get him for a gift,..we don't have a huge budget either, £20 or so. Any ideas?

Voucher

Birdsgottafly · 09/03/2019 06:48

Cash.

Even if you don't like giving cash, it's quite traditional for 18/21 Birthdays.

Unless you know he drinks something like Jack Daniels, then it's a litre bottle.

But Cash is better.

Bottle of champagne?

I agree with @LuckyLavender, a Swiss Army knife is a great present for a 21st.

mysteryfairy · 10/03/2019 15:07

If your budget is £20 ish you could just go with £21 in pound coins.

Hobbes8 · 10/03/2019 15:18

I read that as 21 stone and wondered what on earth his weight had to do with it!

I’d go for cash or booze or something like an amazon voucher if you don’t like giving cash.

If you want something more personal than not on the high street have some nice stuff, but if you’re not that close I wouldn’t bother.

BlueMerchant · 10/03/2019 15:21

I'd find out what he likes to drink and get a bottle as pp suggested or ( unsure if cheesy or I like it Grin) hip flask?

BlackForestCake · 10/03/2019 15:45

A hip flask is quite personal, that's a present from mum/dad or favourite uncle/auntie IMO.
