Savoury pancakes - what are you putting on yours?

Thinking of making buckwheat pancakes for main course and some traditional lemon & sugar ones for pudding.

Any good recipes you'd care to share?

Thanks for all the suggestions. I decided on cheese and fried mushrooms with a little bit of spinach. Delish!
