Sleepy 12 week old, should I worry?

DD is 12 weeks, had second round of jabs last week. Was a bit fussy after and slept less during night (had been doing 5-6 hours, went back to 2-3 hours at a strech.) Last night back to 6 hours and now quite sleepy today. EBF, will feed for 10-20 min and fall asleep on boob, still sort of sucking but not swallowing, IYSIM. Had a bit of cluster feeding last night. When she's awake she's smiling and bright but not like my girl to bee so tired! Should I be concerned? She doesn't feel warm and has normal amoutn of wet and soiled nappies.

I was always told as long as your baby is bright and alert and isn't listless when you try to wake them then they are probably fine. As long as they also are feeding okay and have plenty wet nappies then it sounds like maybe a growth spurt or a bit under the weather?

They can go downhill quickly if they are not feeding so just watch out for dehydration and of course if you are at all concerned get to your doctor!

Thank you Counter27, yes I read maybe this is a growth suprut? She is feeding loads, and wants to only fall asleep in my arms, if I put her down she cries. Never been like this. But bright and alert when awake.

My daughter is always like that if she is unwell. Does your baby have a temperature? That can make them so clingy and not wanting to be put down.
