2 year old sick bug

My 2 year old hasn't eaten since Sunday except a bit of toast yesterday.
She hasn't been sick since yesterday lunch time. What would you offer her for breakfast? More toast or straight in with cereal? Porridge? See what she asks for? Really don't want sick to start up again.. but she's so weak.
Thankfully she's drinking lots.

Toast, and preferably not wholegrain because it’s harder to digest.

Ok fab. I'll crack out the white bread for her in a bit. She's currently laying on me drinking squash after sleeping 13hours. 😢

Toast, plain rice or bananas. Avoid dairy for a bit.

Oh yes we learned about dairy the hard way when she asked for milk then we saw it again 20mins later.

Def something dry. See what she fancies. Mine always ask for breadsticks (I don't mind as they need to replace their salt) or digestives (ditto with replacing sugar)

Refused toast and banana. Will get bread sticks and plain biscuits see if that tempts her.

Perhaps cook some pasta shapes and let her pick at them as and when she feels like it.

I'm a great believer in that children know when they're hungry again and not to rush them. Wait until she asks for food and ask her what she would like. I would avoid full portions of dairy and anything too hard to digest (raw vegs etc.) for now.

When my DC have been sick their go-to foods are toast and butter/Marmite, dry cereal, plain digestive or ginger biscuits, ready salted crisps, apple, plain crackers. Tiny portions well spaced out at first and only when they ask for it.

Rich tea biscuits better than digestive biscuits - easier to digest!

DH gave her raisins when I wasn't looking but they stayed down.
She's eaten a biscuit too.
Bought baby food fruit pots and pasta for dinner. She's definitely brighter today thankfully but has diarrhoea altgough she's has been on a liquid diet since Monday so that could explain that.
Thanks for the tips. 😘
