Why am I suddenly so clumsy and how can I make it stop?

To be fair I have always been a bit clumsy but it is at the nth degree since the start of the week. If it can be dropped, spilled or broken I've done it. In the last 10 minutes I've knocked over a full fresh cup of tea with the kettle, and spilled half the replacement on my clean jeans. It's exhausting clearing up after all my fuck ups!

It's there anything unusual going on in the rest of your life?

Have you been sleeping ok? I'm like this when sleep deprived

OMGithurts · 16/02/2019 09:52

I've been sleep deprived since about July 2014 :D

Are you anxious about anything?

WhentheRabbitsWentWild · 16/02/2019 09:53

Are you on any new medication at all ?

I ask as I was on HRT tablets but I started to sway and get dizzy is best way to describe it . I stopped the tablets . The swaying ceased .

Go to the gp.
Could be a number of things.

For me it was an ear infection. I had no pain, just no balance.

OMGithurts · 16/02/2019 10:00

I'm anxious about lots of little things (cash flow, some work stuff, childcare issues, the usual never ending winter bugs with small DC) but none of it is new, it's been droning on for weeks. No meds.

Do you not think the GP would just laugh at me and say be more careful?!

The GP won’t laugh at you. They will complete a set of obs, possibly complete a blood test.

No OP the GP won't laugh at you .
