I clean kitchen work tops using dry kitchen roll to wipe spray off of the surface

Duh says I should be using wet kitchen roll to wipe spray on surface

In before everyone tells you off for using kitchen roll instead of a cloth handwoven from lentils.

Spray surface and wipe with dry kitchen roll or cloth. No water involved. It says it on the back of the spray I think.

Dry kitchen roll

I spray with stuff then wipe around with kitchen roll. No water involved. We haven’t been poisoned. 😉

I do it your way but with a dry microfibre cloth not kitchen roll. If DH ventured an opinion I would be more than happy to let him do it his way!!

EnidButton · 14/02/2019 20:56

Dry micro fibre cloth is excellent for shiny bits btw.

Like taps, sinks, anything chrome or ceramic.

sackrifice · 14/02/2019 20:57

If DUH wants it done different then he can do it different, surely?

00Sassy · 15/02/2019 00:19

Ahem, okay...you should wet a cloth, spray it with cleaner and then wipe the surfaces with that cloth. I clean in a hospital and
that’s the cleanest method!
Also, fold the cloth up and unfold as you wipe, revealing unused wiping surfaces as you go... amazing clean! Buff up areas that need shining with kitchen roll Grin

NoSquirrels · 15/02/2019 00:20

Spray surface, damp cloth, rinse & wring out between wipings.

Not kitchen roll.

You’re welcome! Grin

I wipe the tables with a damp cloth to remove any dirt/spillages then spray with antibac and wipe over the spray with kitchen roll
