Why are you proud of yourself today?

What have you done that was challenging for you. Could be climbing a mountain or something really simple.

I managed to text my builder to ask a question. It sounds pathetic but I’ve really struggled with communicating with the (have ASD).

Took ddog to the vet's to have a lump checked and held it together the whole time. And managed not to get upset (maybe a tear in each eye).
And huge praise to ddog who managed to behave herself.

Wrote 6000 words of a book I've been talking about writing for ages- finally made a start on it!

2 months sober and counting!

Didn't take things personally
Didn't spend too much money on coffee!

I had a project meeting about something that I'm very excited about but also utterly terrified of (what if I can't do it?).

I'm going to try and then I'll know rather than wonder.

I made it through fourth day without a cigarette!

Iv had a mad busy day at work then went shopping for a funeral I'm catering at 9am. I then came home and baked pies that I'd had ordered and prepped stuff for the buffet.
I did home work showers etc with the kids and didn't almost cry once even though I'm in lots of pain.

Well done everyone but just wanted to give a hug and some loving to @thelaststraw123 - you should be proud of yourself!
