I'm currently stuck with bloody utilita and need to switch.

Several issues with this

A I'm a social housing tenant and I'm not sure where I stand if old meters need to be replaced by the meters the new company can use. If I'd be allowed to do this. I haven't yet found a company able to say this definitely won't be necessary (I suspect utilita have set it up this way to make it difficult for customers to leave)

B it's a prepay system (in place likely as previous tenant wasn't paying bills)
BUT the comparison sites don't compare prepay to credit arrangements even when it's kWh that's being compared - I don't understand this at all

C I'm reluctant to do it this close to brexit as utilita have a reputation for blocking customers from leaving and I suspect they'd use this as an excuse to delay too.

D I have severe OCD plus dd also has a disability which means I am extremely anxious about being without supply.

E with the OCD I don't cope well with tradesmen coming in to do things in my home, I do it if/when I have to buy would prefer to avoid if possible.

F this also applies to someone coming to read the meter, though of course I deal with it if/when I have to but it needs to be an appointment rather than spontaneous. I'd also have difficulty supplying the readings myself as the meters are in an awkward location and hard to read, I have poor eyesight and even with my glasses on and using a torch I can't always see the numbers properly. Dds eyesight Isn't great either.

I don't actually mind having a smart meter, my problems with utilita relate to customer service (main reason I want away from them), unreliability and I don't want to be on prepay.

So practical mners if I were to post my usage details do you think you could help me figure out who to switch to?

Mse energy club & other comparison sites really no good for this particular issue.
