Ive just eaten a whole dominos pizza to myself... feel disgusting!

I didn't intend to, just once I started I couldn't stop! I don't think they are designed for one person are they? You are supposed to share them but I sat there munching away and before I knew the whole lot had gone... in my defence it was a thin base and only a margarita but now I feel guilty as anything and feel like my a right fat pig. I have issues around food and eating and this might be making me feel even worse.

Can anyone else eat one to themselves. Tell me I'm not alone?

I had a ten inch one from Asda (who make the best ones imo) for my dinner. I will be having something a lot healthier for dinner tomorrow.

If I do feel I I've had more than I should have at one sitting, I just cut back next day and it will be a reasonably long time before I have it again, so I don't bother wasting time feeling guilty over it. But I'm not the type to have whole packets of biscuits in one swoop anyway.

(Mine was garlic chicken, mushrooms and onions and was delicious.)

I always find some fresh fruit or juice makes me feel a bit less full of stodge after something like that!

There's a pizza place here does an 18" pizza. DS1 and his friend easily demolish one with chips and coke. Context is everything. An occasional indulgence is unlikely to cause problems. If pizza and pop are your daily diet then it's not so good.

The thin base ones are much easier to eat the whole thing that deep pan or stuffed crust. As long as you aren’t doing it every day, don’t worry about it. You fancied pizza and you ate the pizza that was delivered to you. Don’t punish yourself or fill yourself with guilt
