I don't know what is more concerning: the fact that so many photos show case what are (presumably) removable items not included in the sale; the fact that it's so bland and blah down there (does Pottery Barn do beds with in-built stocks??); the fact that there doesn't appear to be a door at the top of the stairs down to the sex basement; or that the realtor's "top tip" on the house is "Unique vaulted ceilings are a highlight of this home"

really - a "half bath" is what we might call a "cloakroom" , ie a room with a loo and a basin only (no bath or shower)
