Am trying to log on to staff WiFi. My phone asks for identity, anonymous identity and password when i try to connect to the network.
My staff logon is just a log in id and password.
We have no it support around at present.
Any ideas please?

No worries! This is the first time i am connecting my phone to staff WiFi. I don't need it to do work as i have a desktop on the network. My phone is merely because i am running out of data from all the lunchtime MNing Grin

I've just checked my work one. The identity is my work email (not my log in ID), the anonymous identity needs to be left blank and my password is the password I use to log in.

connect to the WiFi as normal, using the usual WiFi connect button, the open either chrome on Android it Safari in iPhone and browse anywhere. At that point the network connection manager will intercept the request from your phone and display a log on page to the WiFi network and you should see log in and password box. enter your info and you should be good to go.

Also check if you CAN connect non work issued devices to the network, some companies disallow it and it can be a serious disciplinary thing. If you have a credential stealing worm on your phone from a dodgy game, it will take you connection details and infect the company network.

WiFi for staff personal use should be completely separate to WiFi for work use. It really should.

Last place I worked at was setup so only company devices could connect to the company WiFi, and we provided a separate WiFi for visitors, guests, staff from other sites (!), and staff personal use.
