Sorry, I wasn't sure which topic for this one!

I want to buy some for DP for his birthday. I know Bose are good, but before I splash out on some are there others I should consider?

Thanks!

Sorry no help but I'd like to know this too! Anyone?

Over ear, on ear or buds?
What’s your budget?
You could go to Richer Sounds if you have a branch near you, otherwise, the reviews online are good once you’ve decided type and budget. Skull Candy and Seinhiesr come out well.

Dh got some custom made ones from the Musicians Union for £40 that are fantastic, far better than the Bose but I don’t know how non members could access custom made.

Thanks all and good to hear you're searching too @EngagedAgain!

Budget is flexible, I'm prepared to pay for Bose and I think they're around £350. Would rather spend less though.

On ear preferred and wireless too.

Bose. Mine cost around £200 and are absolutely amazing.

(Also Bluetooth so can ditch the wire)

My dh has the Bose Bluetooth ones which are brilliant and I have Sony ear bud wireless headphones which I think are equally as brilliant but only cost me £30!!

Bose for pure music but also consider the new Surface headphones, they're pretty good if you want a microphone there too. I know a few people raving about them.
