Donating sanitary towels and tampons

Does anyone know a charity that will accept opened packs where the products are still individually wrapped?

I've lots of half open packs that I don't use anymore and it seems a shame to waste them.

I’ve been wanting to know this too

I couldn't find anywhere local to donate them too except MIL's church, where they keep a 'help yourself' basket in the toilets. The church does serve a lot of local groups so I was happy with that.

We have The Red Box Project around here, they put products in schools for children that have to skip school because they can't afford sanitary products.

I work in a girls' secondary school and we would be happy to accept these. We keep boxes of assorted individually wrapped pads and tampons; pupils can come and help themselves to what they need.

Your local Red Box Project might also be able to take them.

Our local library takes donations (also a little independent craft store in town does as well).
