Late night watching the rugby last night
No major plans today but had a days leave yesterday so cleared a lot of the weekend chores
Will try and do a gym session as it’s too cold 🥶 to run

Football cancelled here. Debating whether to take the dc with me food shopping. Going out tonight so don’t want to waste too much energy!

On the sofa with a raging cold. Two paracetamol for breakfast. Feeling shit and sad that my weekend is gonna be spent like this. Also wondering how it's even possible to be so tired after 12hrs sleep.

Dh is working today, dd1 stayed at her friends last night so we won't see her until tea time ish, so I think I'll take the other 4 dc out somewhere for a walk. Haven't a clue where yet though!

Eating toast and drinking tea. The dc have got themselves up and dressed in many layers so we are going sledging before the snow disapears.

Hiding under the covers. I panicked when i read the post from someone trying to get her son up for school!

Gallic, thanks, also noticed it on friends phone other day (text message they sent) and thought 'they are not that techy they've picked up on a new thing' and so I didn't mention it. So presume it's for the same reason. Thought I'd find out on here!

I’m in London so just bloody cold with no snow. So I’m on the bus to football. New house and first time I’ve got the bus there - I think we are going to be early. Never mind better than late. So football this morning then Tesco on the way home and then housework ie school clothes washing this afternoon and chilling tonight with my new book. Very rock n roll.

Dh is away working
Dd is at dance classes until this afternoon then she's going to my dm's to stay the night
I'm catching up on last nights Coronation Street then i'm going to do my cleaning
No plans for later will probably do some baking then watch the new series of Vera

Ventured out for coffee and to read the paper
Layered up to within an inch but it’s gorgeous crisp and sunny
Apparently there’s rain and wind in the way
Give me cold over rain any day

I had a 2 mile walk with the dog this morning, just waiting for breakfast to cook. Kids are all happy playing/on devices. Decorating my mums house all day from lunchtime, then might treat myself to a bottle of wine!

Sprinted out of bed about an hour ago to turn the heat on then jumped back under the duvet with a tissue covered in olbas oil in the hope it might sort out my inability to smell properly! Happily mumsnetting til the DCs drag themselves out of bed.

Lazy day today as last week was the first week both kids managed a full week of school (they have both been ill on and off, the 4yo in particular has struggled with the bloody "virus" doing the rounds, touch wood she seems on the mend). We have plans tomorrow so they can have some downtime today. I am going to get home work out of the way though.

DP is at work, food shopping due to be delivered any time and I'm going to get all the weeks ironing done.

Have omelettes for lunch and jacket spuds for dinner. Nice and easy food!!

Remembering why I did dry jan. Drank wine, feel crap. However, bright and sunny here, so fresh air in a zillion layers will be a good idea, tho may give Covent garden a miss, which was the original plan for a late lunch.

It is so cold, don't want to go out! Swim lesson for ds2 shortly, then I have to take Ds1 to his friends house and then ds2 friend is coming over.
Later collect Ds1.. But I don't wanna go out!

No other plans. Might do some baking, depends on how demanding ds3 (9months) is.
