The house next door to me has just been sold. I saw a pretty cute guy there over the weekend. I thought he mught be some sort of handy man doing some bits there before the owners moved in because I am not that lucky I bumped into an acquaintance today who knows him. It turns out he is the new owner. He is divorced with children. (as am I). This never happens!
It's OK to just go and knock on the door and introduce myself, right? In a neighbourly way of course.
