what jewellery are you lusting after now?

It's my birthday coming up soon enough and I think I would like a piece of jewellery so I am looking around various sites and making mental notes.

I would like either a necklace or a ring and preferably gold.

If you could pick anything you really fancy what would it be?

I am not looking for diamonds or to remortgage the house but love looking a pretty things so please throw your best links my way.

I love unusual, unique handmade jewellery - not too keen on branded stuff like tiffanys, though having said that I would love a cartier bangle but that it out of this budget....

I'm coveting a morganite and diamond ring in rose gold .

springmhine I'm really not sure I just love the warmth of the colours! It seems to vary hugely as with any gemstone I guess depending where you buy. I'd like a reasonable quality one of a decent size

I am considering buying myself a ring. I really like this, I already have a lot of her stuff which I love.

I love jewellery by Alison Moore in Orkney.

I posted this picture of my birthday present from DH on a thread last week and lots of people commented that they liked it too. It's from Allum and Sidaway and is a ruby with diamonds.

And I'm particularly lusting after this sapphire and diamond ring, but it's a tadge out of reach!

@rytonsister - it's technically upside down! It's supposed to be a tiara shape but I find the ruby sits proud of my finger and catches.
