I keep throwing stuff without realising it, I've been like this a few days.
I daren't google, nothing else physically wrong.
I just chucked the pickled water from red cabbage on my stew. it does taste nice though, thought I'd ruined it though.
Yesterday a cup of tea went over my shoulder. Dh touched me and my reaction was strange, jumping, like someone had scared the hell out of me.
We have no problems are very close physically and touchy touchy, so not a shock for him to do it.
Yesterday I thought I was watching tv, but then woke up, but I wasn't sleeping, I could hear the family around me.

Gp job I'm afraid. Could be heaps I'm sure but GP.

MinorProphet · 24/01/2019 15:04

Definitely gp

RomanyRoots · 24/01/2019 15:10

Oh no, I thought you'd say don't worry. I'm on my own until later and had no family to run it by.
Don't want to worry the doctor, I don't feel ill.

You won't be worrying the doctor, you'll be getting answers to the question. With the best will in the world no-one here can diagnose you.

Omzlas · 24/01/2019 15:13

You'd rather worry alone than worry the Dr? That's their job OP.

Please make an appointment ASAP

ShatnersBassoon · 24/01/2019 15:16

Now come on, you don't really think doctors only want to see people who are feeling ill.

RomanyRoots · 24/01/2019 15:19

Yes, they don't want to see people who feel fine Grin
I will make an appointment for asap , many thanks.
I'm a scaredy cat, scared of own shadow atm, not usually like this.
So whilst not expecting a diagnosis on here, was really hoping it would be a "Don't worry"
Thanks again, I'll call first thing tomorrow for same day appointment.

Fucking hell solly. Sensitivity not your strong point?

DonDrapersOldFashioned · 24/01/2019 15:28

OP, ignore the eejit. New, unusual neurological symptoms should be checked out, even if you feel otherwise fine. Pop in and have a chat with your GP.

I had similar to this, along with hands going numb if I lifted them above shoulder height. Turned out to be thoracic outlet syndrome, where the nerve in my neck was compressed causing it to misfire. Your doctor will want to see you if you have symptoms of anything worrying, that's what they are there for. Not all conditions make you feel ill, they still need sorting. I had two operations but have lasting nerve damage from leaving it too long.

reallybadidea · 24/01/2019 16:57

It's probably nothing, I've had phases of doing weird things like this. It's still worth getting it checked out to put your mind at rest.
