I can't sleep thinking about that poor kid down the well

I know fuck all about engineering so i'm not going to say why don't they hurry up but they must be close to reaching him by now surely

I can't bloody sleep, his poor parents must be in utter terror for him

I’ve been looking online constantly for updates. Three hours ago I saw an article on the Washington Post website which talks about the rescue team now being lowered down a mine shaft parralell to the one the little boy is in and they are going to hand dig but it could take up to 24 hours to reach him. He’s already been there 11 days

So incredibly sad, they’ve found him. My thoughts and prayers are with his parents:
