please can you come and talk to me and give me some reassurance.

I never knew what I wanted to do when I was at school/college so didn’t go to uni and got a job straight away. I finally decided I wanted to pursue a career in HR and studied a professional qualification whilst on maternity leave with DC1 which lead to an entry level job in HR.

I’m still in that job and now studying a higher level professional qualification and through my employer with the aim to (hopefully) move up to the next level. However I just feel like I’ll never get there and i’ll never earn good money. I regret that I didn’t make a decision on my career earlier and everyone my age around me seem to be in good jobs with very good salaries and lots of potential for more ahead of them.

I’m left wondering whether that will ever be me? I’m trying my best at work, accepting anything extra that my boss will give meto prove myself and studying and completing assignments whilst working full time, running a house and looking after two DC.
