How far along were you when you gave birth to your second?

Early, late or on time? What was it in comparison to your first?

He was 4 days late

DC1 39+2
DC2 40+5
DC3 39+2

All spontaneous labours.

First was 4 days early
Second was 10 days early
(Third was 3 weeks early but that was an induction).

DC1 36+2
DC2 38+2
Both precipitous labours.

First 40+1
Second 38+2

40+8 both times

39+4 a mere 5 hours later than ds1 who was 39+3.

DC1 8 days late
DC2 7 days late
DC3 3 days early

Both spot on 40 by my calculations, but by the medical scan dates I probably went over by 5 with the first and 7 with the second (sorry can't remember precisely), my midwife was getting quite twitchy, and I KNEW it was just fine...

1st- 38 + 4
2nd- 40 + 5

Both went into labour naturally, was convinced the 2nd would also be early but they can be so different!

First 39+2
Second 39+3

First 40+12 (induced)
Second 40+10 (natural)

First 40 + 10

Second - waters went at 38+ 5 (PROM), was induced 24 hours later and he was born 39 weeks exactly (and heavier than my eldest, he'd have easily been a 9 pounder+ if he'd gone over!).

1st 36+6 c-section due to pre-eclampsia & breech
2nd 40 natural
3rd 40+1 natural

1st due date.
2nd 40+11

First a week early and second a week late 482g heavier, both DDs.

1st: 40+9 (labour started on 40+6 )
2nd: 40+1 (spontaneous)
3rd: 38w (induction)

• meant to say my two were both spontaneous labours but ended in emergency C-sects.

1st was 34 weeks planned c section due to pre-eclampsia
2nd and 3rd were both 40+6 (3 days of slow labour with both!)

Both 38 weeks.

1st was 40+11
2nd 40+8

Both spontaneous, was booked for induction with first

Both 39+5 and both started with a first contraction waking me at 5.30am, I was almost tempted to have a 3rd just to see if this was how my body liked to evict them.

dd1 born on due date (went into labour 2 days before though, emcs)

dd2 born 2 days early (went into labour the day before my elcs date, so another emcs)... probably would have been another due date baby if I'd decided to endure another 60+ hour labour 😂
