Where do you position your hot water bottle?

Where do you position your hot water bottle? By your feet, legs or torso?

Oooh knew about the long ones but not the neck one! I want to try that now!

Feet. If my feet are cold, i cant sleep. I’ll put it where my body goes while i get ready for bed first though. I prefer my electric blanket, it’s a life saver.

I have three
Although I usually just use two 😂
One for my feet, one for my tum.

Tummy when I have my period, back most other days, swap down to feet for 10 minutes when they turn to blocks of ice (frequently).

Put in bed where feet will be while I'm getting ready for bed so it's warm.

By my feet or cuddle it! Although, I actually haven’t been able to use a hot water bottle in bed for a couple of years due to co-sleeping, but I do like to cuddle one on the sofa these days :)

Nearly always my lower back

On occasion, when it's been necessary, up to 4 are brought into service. All are put into bed or under the sofa blanket 5 or 10 minutes before needed. One goes at my feet, one is cuddled into my stomach, one in the small of my back, and one under my pillow. My feet often get cold when tired or in pain. The under pillow one is good for earache, toothache and some kinds of headache - useful for the DCs too.

At times like those, not often having the luxury of taking to my bed, I'm also known to move about the house with one on my stomach or back, tied into place with my dressing gown belt. They do tend to fall off though, which is a bit of a nuisance.

We have some full size and half size ones.

Anyone beat 4?

Also good for wrapping nightwear around, to warm up before putting on.

Always tucked in my lower back. I could not ever imagine sleeping without it. I am totally addicted to my hot water bottle - it comes with me in the car and on holiday even when it's 90 degrees outside

I walk around the house with one permanently tucked down the back of my jeans

I found a fab product for back pain - a 'hotties' back warmer - its a belt, with a microwaveabke pack in it. It fits really securely and much more discreetly to you so much better than bottle-down-jeans....
