After seeing the dolls with real teeth sewn into them, it got me thinking, what do you do with your DC's teeth after the tooth fairy has been?

That is the creepiest thing I've read! Real teeth sewn into dolls? Envy

DD is only 2 so not lost any yet. My mum and dad just binned mine though, I think it would be weird of they kept them bit each to there own

I have a picture but it won't seem to post, if you think it's creepy now you may not want to see the picture!

Lol that’s hysterical! I say this as someone who has kept all DS’s baby teeth. Wrapped in tissue in a box.

KeyboardKatie · 14/01/2019 14:11

It's so strange! I can't imagine DS's 16th birthday coming around and saying 'Happy Birthday! Here are your body parts...' Grin

I was thinking of making DD's into a necklace but I might get one of those dolls.

Ooh you've got me thinking now, maybe I could make a crown from them?!

That would be amazing!! If you have a DD it would be a perfect something old for her wedding outfit.
Or even better for a DIL.

I cherish my kids’ baby teeth, remembering how thrilled we were when the first ones appeared. They are so tiny and perfect compared to the great gnashers which replace them.
I’m amazed that any parent could throw them away.

KeyboardKatie · 14/01/2019 19:09

I do still have them but I wonder when you get to that point where you get rid? I've never been through any older relative's possessions and found teeth!
