Is this an issue I should raise?

Evening all,
I got to school early today and was watching my son ds5 who has special educational needs and he pulled his trousers down.

When the doors were opened I asked the teacher what led up to him pulling his trousers down and teacher said he meant to pull them up and he got 'confused' and pulled them down.

I asked my son later and he says child x keeps asking him to pull his trousers down so he does and the children laugh. Having asd he doesn't think there is anything wrong with this.

What should I do?

Tell him to stop doing what other children tell him to, and go over the teachers head.

He's being bullied , there should be a policy about it. Also look at sites like nspcc about how to explain privacy and boundaries to young children.

Nip it in the bud. He needs to know that the rule is taking trousers down for the loo and to take them off for PE but not at any other time. Teacher also needs to nip in the bud.

I do have conversations about appropriateness with him and not doing things because others say he should but being autistic he struggles to understand these things.
